This bracket is made of heavy steel and connects the Primary transport to the Tandem Transport making it capable of folding over the primary transport frame for easier storage. If you have a foldable tongue, it folds underneath both Transport frames making for less storage footprint. Secure it with wratchet straps and it will storage upright for even less storage footprint (these are heavy items, more than 1 person is required for handling).
